This is a fundraising website for Global Conservation Assistance (GGA). On Al Gore's website, they asked for a "Call for Engagement " to support the Live Earth Concert's efforts. We answered that call and came up with this website which will hopefully raise awareness about the concerts and raise a few dollars for GCA and their environmental efforts.
GCA was established November 27, 2004 by Donald Murphy and his daughter
Kina Murphy. Our vision in forming GCA was to build a conservation
organization that brigdes culture and nature by empowering people to
create their vision and protect their natural resources. Our Aim is to
empower individuals, communities, regions, and governments to create
sustainable conservation projects. We believe that the only way to
create truly successful conservation projects is through, empowering
communities to create their own solutions specific to their needs. We
provide empowerment assistance by building networks; through education,
community based planning, and health care support; and by fundraising
for specific projects through sustainable rural enterprise development
and partnership building.

of all, let me thank AL GORE, KEVIN WALL, PHARRELL & CAMERON
DIAZ for creating the Live Earth concert concept. Global warming is a
HUGE issue that we have yet to fully comprehend. This concert will be a
step in the right direction by attracting the attention of our youth
with pop-music stars as the bait and information about global warming
as a backdrop. I created this website as an alternative to the
"MEGA-MEDIA" approach to Global Warming & awareness of such. What I
wish to do is to create a website where humans can reflect, criticize,
contribute and communicate their side of the story. Register &
comment on your favorite artists, let's form a community that lasts
beyond 7/7/7 and looks into the near future to find solutions to save
our planet.
